Where can I get the app?
Download Bell N Tell from Google Play using the button at the top of this page.
Which cities are available?
We are starting in Kot Addu, Layyah and nearby towns in South Punjab, and expanding city by city. Tell us your city and we will confirm availability.
What does a franchise partner do?
You manage the restaurants and riders in your city, using the Bell N Tell brand and platform.
How are commission and payouts calculated?
The commission is taken automatically from each order and listed on that order line. Your share, rider fares and restaurant balances are shown live in your franchise account.
How fast can I start?
Setting up takes about 15 minutes: your city is confirmed, your account is created automatically, and you add your first restaurants and riders. You can keep adding more as your city grows.
I own a restaurant. Can I join?
Yes. Contact us and we will connect you with the franchise partner in your area.
Ordering and delivery
How do I order food?
Open the app, search for a dish, a taste or a budget with Ask, or browse nearby restaurants, add items to your cart and place the order.
Can I track my rider?
Yes. Once a rider picks up your order you can track it live in the app from the kitchen to your door.
Can I call my rider or the restaurant?
Yes. While your order is active you can call from inside the order screen, free over the internet.
How can I pay?
Available payment options are shown at checkout in the app. Contact us if you have a question about paying for an order.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge for your order is shown in the cart bill before you place the order, so you always see the total first.
What are your delivery hours?
